Kipling Alcatraz II Rolling Backpack with Laptop Protection

I've been using it for my light train work commute for about two weeks. Pros: Great value on Wayfair especially on clearance (the condition was new though purchased on clearance), overall very good rolling backpack, seems durable so far, four main outer zipper pockets keep me organized, and padded computer compartment works well with my 13 inch Macbook Pro. Design flaw: the zippers seem durable but they keep getting caught on the protruding seams and seam lining inside the pockets and it's damaging the lining (I've tried to put a long-lasting tape to keep the seam from shredding and to try to keep the zipper running smoothly). User error problem: sometimes I've forgotten to tuck the backpack strap in the back pocket before rolling it and I damage the strap. (

It's durable and the wheels are quiet, doesn't matter if you get caught in the rain, it dries quickly. With the Kipling name and cool look, you can't go wrong

This backpack is used daily as I walk to and from my workplace, which is about a 35 minute walk each way. I also use it for carting my books to school on Saturdays. I really like the design...lots of pockets with very sturdy zippers. The main compartment opens like a suitcase so even though this backpack technically holds less than my last one, I can actually fit more into it because of the design. My only (small) criticism would be that the side pockets sometimes hit into the back of my heel. If the pockets were set a little higher on the backpack, this wouldn't happen. All in all, a great backpack and I would definitely purchase another!
