Chris Collicott England
Chris Collicott was born in Essex, England and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in graphic design at the Norwich School of Art. After moving to London he created models for print, television commercials, and album covers while spending his spare time designing gift items sold in Covent Garden. Chris moved to Los Angeles in 1982, where he worked in the entertainment industry making models, and he began branching out into interior and decorative design. Soon, his line of decorative home accessories were sold in major museum and design stores, and featured in design books and magazines. In 1999 Chris moved to New York, where he continued designing items like the Leaning and Pushing Bookends, Idyllic Table Garden, a Menorah, and a set of Invisible Games for Kikkerland Design, as well as creating limited edition fine pop-up books, which are collected by museums and universities worldwide. In New York, Chris has also found his way into architecture, designing the soothing environment of Manhattan's Stone Spa in 2002. He currently is designing his second spa.

Really like these bookends. They are simple but stylish and and great for holding up a few coffee table books. They also have a nice little piece of padding on the bottom to keep from scratching the wood table. Not too bad for the price.

Did not end up liking these at all. I don't like the fact that the other bookend is exactly the opposite so his back is showing at the front. Also, I didn't find them heavy enought.

Bookends are beautiful and quite heavy. Are doing a great job holding up all my Harry Potter Books and several friends have commented on how nice they look. I told them about this website, so I hope they visit it and can find what they are looking for.
Just as you see here

These are great book ends. Really good quality and nice size as well. They hold up well and do what they need to do! I'm happy with them.

I bought these bookends years ago, and I really love them. They won't hold a set of encyclopedia's but they are a great decorative pair of bookends that will hold several books. They are an interesting accent to my coffee table. The main book I have the guys holding is Stephen King's "The Stand". Humor. Anyway, love the bookends.
