I was not pleased with the delivery from FedEx since it was two days late because the driver could not locate our address. Even though the box was not marked as a business the driver didn't even check with us until we finally received a phone call late the next day only to be told it would be another day before delivery could be made. The driver told me that he saw a 300 residential address on one side of us and a 100 residential address on the other side, so I was confused as to why he didn't even stop by to ask us since we are a 200 address in the middle of the other two addresses!

This was a gift for my granddaughter and she absolutely loves it! Assembly was reasonably what I expected.

Love it and so does our son! We had to call KidKraft for a few replacement pieces that were a little scratched, etc. and they sent them right away just before Christmas. Excellent customer service, but it's a little sad that CS has to be so good because their production in China is a bit off. Great price on a wooden kitchen though and it looks and feels so much nicer than the plastic kitchens!

I got this for my neice and nephew last year and they absolutely love it. It is very well made and sturdy. It has enough flash to be very appealing to the kids and it just looks cool in their living room. Almost a year later and this still gets almost daily play time. Great product.

Perfect - no problems at all.

Our 2 1/2 year old grandson loves to 'help' in the kitchen. After looking at dozens of different children's kitchens, we decided upon this one. Shipping was fast and the product was expertly packaged. There were no dents or dings. It did take my husband about 4 hours to put it together, mainly because we had help! Our grandson loves to cook for us, move his dishes around and just play house with it. An unexpected benefit is our 11 month old grandson loves to play with it also! They will both stand there and play together. I love the all-wood construction. The craftsmanship is excellent and the whole product is very sturdy. My only complaint with the kitchen is the screws for the plastic hooks that hold the doors closed. The screws don't fit correctly and we had to buy some that did.

Cute little kitchen for my 3-year-old son. He loves using it especially to house his little cars from the movie Cars. It is the perfect size for a 2 or 3 year old. It might get small as they reach age 4 or 5 though. Very cute!

THE KIDS USE IT EVERY DAY. IT WAS MOVED TO THE LIVING ROOM DUE TO IT BEING THE MOST USED TOY OF THE HOUSE, BY FAR. EASIER TO PUT TOGETHER THAN[...] FURNITURE. RECOMMEND AN ELECTRIC DRILL GIVEN ALL THE PARTS AND PIECES.

Delightful,sturdy child friendly product. Provides opportunity for role playing activity and group play which develops social interaction and lots of fun. An important comment is that this toy takes a long time to assemble.At least two & half hours with two competent people who are used to working together.

We ordered this for our son for his first birthday and it's great! It came highly recommended from several friends with older toddlers, and now I know why. Great looking kitchen, nice size, and my son seems to like it! I had a $100 voucher from a blogging promotion to spend and applied it toward the purchase of this item.

Delivery was insanely fast. I ordered it on my lunch break and got an email before the end of the day that it was on its way. It arrived three or four days later.
