I love the bright colors; the softness, so that he does not hurt himself; this was easy to put together (did it myself!); able to put LOTS of books into it; and, it so nice to see his name on the front. Delivery was earlier than anticipated. One of the poles was cracked. I called for "help". The individual helping me was fabulous. I received two extra poles, THE NEXT DAY! I just wish it held more books. If you have more than 40 books (and it depends on size and shape), it won't hold all of them. If you have less than that it is a perfect fit. It is easy to put together (took me about 15 minutes) and it is really sturdy and holds a fair number of books. It is small but not too small.
