The quality of this bookcase is excellent. It went together very easily and looks fantastic! I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a sturdy, bright and useful bookcase. My son loves the KidKraft Firehouse Bookcase! [...]easy for my husband to assemble. Best of all, it was the finishing touch to my toddler's "big boy room" -- the key to getting him to sleep in his new bed/room for the first time! We had been encouraging him off and on for the past week, but it wasn't until he saw his room with the firehouse bookcase that his face lit up and he said he wanted to stay the night! This is a nice size bookcase for a child's room or playroom (not too wide, not too tall) and the shelves are tall enough for those oversized children's books. I was happy with the design and color, which are accurately portrayed on the website. I was VERY disappointed, however, that there is a permanent manufacturer logo on both outer sides of the bookcase (not portrayed on the website). This bookcase was very easy to put together. It easily accomodates large amounts of books. It is not "top heavy" either, so I am not worried about it toppling over if one of my kids pulls out a book. It is the perfect height. Neither my 4.5 year old or 2.5 year old has any trouble reaching books on the top shelf. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a bookcase."..."  Read more
