Adjustable Flow Rate But Still Splashes Firstly, the pump is Made In China so their are quality concerns. Even at it's lowest flow setting the water still hits the cover and splashes beyond the container. The wall came with a small chunk missing and this creates additional splashing. Not recommended for indoor use. The pump has to be "throttled down" using a ball-valve in order to behave itself. Attractive design but quality issues. |

Looks great...Sounds awful Use as indoor humidifier. Looks great but pump vibration too loud. You have to guess at water level. |

needs work I have a few problems with it, first it came with a broken base [...]. Also the hose on the bottom of the tower is not long enough for the pump to suction to the bottom of the water tray (resulting in the pump vibarting and making noise). Finially the strips of slate on the tower sides that the water runs over are on very well lined up resulting in the water splishing outward and not into the tray (for me is important b/c it's an inside fountain). Instead of sending it back I'll do what I can to fix the problems I have with it - attach a longer hose for the pump, and use an angle grinder to smooth down the ridges and stop the water going horizontal. So I give it a 3 out of 5, it's ok, but it needs some work to get the way I want it. |
