I had to purchase metal hardware separately because many airlines require it, yet it was not included with the crate, which uses plastic locking tabs instead. I was attracted by the low price, but ended up getting what I paid for. Keeping my fingers crossed that it works well for our pet. Was this helpful? Yes / No
love my furkids from Missouri	1.0 2/18/2009 Fell apart with my dog in it This kennel/crate fell apart with my toy poodle in it. Our vet picked up the crate with our poodle in it and the handle fell off. It was a new crate, not a used one. The kennel/crate fell to the floor with our dog inside it!
