Bright, modern colors and a streamlined, linear design make the Mademoiselle Chair a chic and luxurious choice for seating. Its frame is an injected mold of transparent or batch-dyed polycarbonate upon which a seat of expanded polyurethane is placed. The seat is upholstered in 100% cotton with one of three vibrant patterns designed by Rosita Missoni from the collection of Missoni Home, including Cartagena with black and white flower graffiti and Vevey with kaleidoscopic flowers in a red or earthy palette. The fabric is unusually thick and soft, making this chair as comfortable as it is appealing to the eye. Designed by: Philippe Starck, 2003

mademoiselle chair review I really liked the chairs...they are very comfortable, but I am not sure if the fabric will hold perfectly. I got one that was defective, fabric was wrinkled....now that I am sitting on them I am seeing a few wrinkles on the other ones too....looks like the fabric sticks to the foam. I have been using them for one week...too soon to say, but I hope they will perform well. |

Love my new chairs! Love the bold pattern of the fabric. It sets the tone for my kitchen eating area. |

Gorgeous chair This chair is amazing! It's surprisingly comfortable and striking without overwhelming the other furniture in my living room. I love how low it is--it's doesn't look like a super small piece of furniture, but it is low enough to maintain good sight lines. The only negative was it was a bit tough to line up the screw holes on the bottom of the seat to assemble it, but it may just be because I'm massively pregnant and everything is a bit awkward right now. I definitely recommend this!! |
