Kalon Studios was founded not only to design unique and innovative products but also to use design for positive change. Kalon Studios is a design studio based in Los Angeles, CA and Berlin, Germany. Offering custom furniture and design consultancy services, Kalon Studios also has two furniture collections: the Kalon Studios Signature Collection and the IoLine Collection. Kalon Studios was founded by husband-wife team Johannes Pauwen and Michaele Simmering. The IoLine Collection was both designed and named for their daughter Io. Kalon Studios was inspired in Berlin and realized in Los Angeles.
