The quality of the rug is wonderful. Very thick and elegant. The color is great...I do wish there was more of the blue in it, because I bought it to go with some blue chairs, but it is a nice accent rug.

I bought this rug to bring color into our newly remodeled master bathroom. The colors are beautiful, and the rug is handmade wool. It looks wonderful and I am looking forward to using it for years to come.

The only issue I had was the rug was sent to Elgin, IL instead of to my home. I called customer service, and they found it was sent to their distribution center. They were supposed to call me back and let me know when it was found, and when I would receive my rug. I didn't hear back from customer service and had to call again. They did expedite the rug to me, but the rug was a week late in getting to me, and when I am told I will receive a call back with the status, I expect to get a call back.
