Great product at a very fair price. Wonderful purchase experience. Fast shipping, Pros to this juicer... inexpensive, well built with very durable materials, and LONG warranty. Fast juicer, strong motor, travels well, with a dish-brush VERY fast to clean. Cons... Loud (compared to low speed juicers... say vacuum cleaner loud,) doesn't juice leafy greens that well-- romaine is fine, but it doesn't do Kale, spinach, or Chard very well. Occasionally spits some pulp out the ejector catch box as there is some air flow as it is juicing and can also spit juice out the juice spout if the catch container is smaller. So, what I'm saying is clean-up includes the counter top. The quality of the juice is great and produces pulp-free juice but it should be consumed quickly as the juice will separate out as it sits (typical with centrifugal juicers as I've come to learn) I'm happy with the purchase and I'll keep it though I bought another machine that I tend to use more because it can juice the leafy greens better (less waste) and it's quiet. This machine will last a very long time and at a third of the cost of the machine that I just bought. Prior to purchasing this juicer, I had owned and was using a similar Braun juicer for over 20 years. It was time to replace the Braun juicer and the Delonghi juicer I purchased works very much like the Braun juicer I had been using, except much quiter and more robust (not as delicate) as the Braun felt. This juicer does a great job and the parts are quite easy to clean. I did observe a few slices of apple in the pulp collector, which leads me to believe some juice that could have been extracted was not, but, nevertheless, I think it is a great juicer and has a relatively small foot print if you are looking for a premium machine and counterspace is limited. I was previously using an older model centrifugal juicer and this Hurom juicer is a huge step up. You get much more juice with a much drier pulp. The only issue I've had is there seems to be quite a bit of pulp in the juice. I chose this Hurom juicer over the Champion juicer due to its vertical construction which takes up less counter space which is a priority for me. I have never used the Champion juicer so I am not sure how it compares as far as performance."..."  Read more

I have owned this product for a month and until now I have been very pleased with it. Juice is excellent, the pulp reasonably dry, and the machine powerful - I juiced appples, carrots, red beets, oranges, grapefruit, pineapple, celery. My machine is black so I don't see the stains from carrots. I'm ok with the weight (the juicer has its own space on the counter) and with the noise (my blender is noisier).When pureeing something too juicy, part of the juice is coming out through the juicing chamber- the instruction manual says this is because the machine doesn't have gaskets. It happened to me with some olives I tried to puree, but eventually I was happy with the outcome: had all juice ended up in the puree, my olive spread would have been too watery. I haven't tried berries yet to see if I run into the same problem.I initially had some problems with disassembling and rinsing the parts, but then I found a clean-up sequence that works for me so now the whole process takes less than 1 minute.The only caveat is that the feeding tube is small so you have to quarter the apples and even the oranges.
