This item was a nightmare to put together. Bench seat is very narrow and doesn't rock easily. Looks pretty though.
looks great but not for relaxing

We get lots of compliments on this rocker and it looks awesome on our porch BUT it is not comfy due to the very straight up back and short bench. Good for short sitting spells.
Nice looking bench

Very nice looking bench. We bought it for our front porch and it works great. It is a little difficult to assemble, you definitely need two people. I spent a very frustrating hour trying to do it on my own, once I had my husband help me, we were able to get it together fairly quickly.

Gutsy fun rocker is a great place to relax. I am painting the front door the same color.

Beautiful addition to my cottage. Bright red and welcoming. Happy I bought it!
Wood rocking bench

Looks nice, relatively comfortable. But not well made. Spacing off and during assembly all the pieces were not lined up correctly.
Great purchase ~ Red Double Rocker Wood Garden Bench
KV West from Ohio
This double rocker is sturdy and slightly oversized which is the perfect scale for our large front porch! Love the color, it is a deep scarlet red. The chair was not difficult to put together if you read the schematic. (It does not give instructions, only a sketch of everything with the screw sizes indicated-pay attention to the different screw lengths when assembling it. As for things lining up...we did have to chisel both of the "pegs" on the arms before they would line up properly. It was not hard to do but I thought I would mention it-we shaved about 1/8 inch off both arm's pegs before it would fit properly. The rest of the holes lined up properly. It took 30 minutes to put it together. Lastly, this photo shows even slats for the seat and the back however, our double rocker had evenly spaced seat slats but groups of three slats all along the back.
Love it but disappointed

The rocker is what I wanted but had high hopes that what I read wouldn't be mine... Paint came in chipped in a few places. The rocker that is pictured is not quite exactly like the one I received . The color is exactly what is pictured, perfect for my front porch.

Perfect rocker. Easy put together; sturdy materials, and great way to make a perfect day under the shade tree or front porch! Love it.

This red rocker is one of the best purchases I have ever made. It totally transformed my front porch and receives compliments from all who see it. I put a large pot of red geraniums next to it to complete the picture. It makes me happy every time I pull in the driveway and look at the front of the house. I would have given it five stars, but I had a heck of a time getting it put together. Enlisted the assistance of two of my neighbors and a friend and we could not complete the assembly (the four of us, in combination, have eight advanced degrees, so it wasn't from lack of smarts!). My son rescued me on Mother's Day. He took one look at the problem, figured it out, and within 15 minutes the rocker assembly was completed and it was sitting on my front porch. Since my porch is not covered, I don't expect this to last more than a season or two, but when it goes I will definitely replace it with another - that's how much I love it.
