Johnston Casuals Paralline 26" Quick-Ship Swivel Counter Stool

Most comfortable Ive tried, easy to assemble and look fantastic with my contemporary kitchen. Highly recommend to anyone looking online.

This is an amazing chair. After trying literally dozens of different counter-height stools, these are far-and-above the strongest, most comfortable and best-made stools we tried. They weigh in at about 33 pounds each which speaks to their sturdiness...there is no sense that you are about to slide off or tip back. The swivel also works beautifully and minimizes sliding the chair in-and out. Our kitchen has hardwood floors, so one caveat I have is that you should apply felt pads to the feet of the chair even though they are shipped with nylon tips. I tried to avoid adding the felt (since they wear out or slide off) but scratched my floor during the experiment. The best feature of all is that they are MADE IN THE USA!

We ordered two of this stool for our granite kitchen bar at counter height. The finish is fantastic and goes great with stainless. The chairs are very solid which also makes them a bit heavy - I guess this can be both good and bad. They swivel and have a nice foot rest as well. The stools are very comfortable with a large seat so you could sit in them a long time and feel good. They were also quite easy to assemble - it took about 10 minutes per stool. We purchased these counter stools to go at the kitchen granite bar and they aim to please! We had seen them at a local furniture store - excellent quality, very stable, large comfortable seat. The pewter color is a fantastic finish which seems very durable, somewhat like car paint. The design is perfect - modern and stylish. We love them!

I replaced my old counter stools with these. They are perfect & very well built. They also match my dinette set which is even better. They slide easily on my tile floor. The only con on the stool is that the swivel is a little stiff.

These barstools are great. They were much cheaper than at the furniture store where we discovered them. They are great looking and well constructed. They arrived in about 4 days also! They are a little tough to swivel, but it keeps the kids from banging them on the counter. I'm very pleased and so glad I didn't purchase something else that aren't near as great looking.
