Jewett Cameron Spring Gardener Gable Greenhouse

Had this for two full years now, live in a high desert with LOTS of sun, wind, cold and heat. The frame is excellent. The first one fell apart in 10 months. They had me a new cover in 4 days under warranty. Excellent customer service. The second one is now falling apart in 12 months. The thread is rotting all over it, despite 2 spraying of 2 coats of UV protectant. The zippers, fabric and plastic are all rotting. Beyond disappointing at this time. I guess if you live somewhere with not much sun or weather it might be ok, otherwise a waste of 300 bucks.

We like it a lot, but one of the zippers is difficult to close so we put a lawn chair cushion in front ot the opening, and turned on a heater. Tonight the temp here in Dallas is to be 20 degrees F. We have 3 of snow n the ground. We are glad for the little greenhouse! Merry Christmas! MaRY

This greenhouse is huge and it went up in about 4 hours by myself! The instructions are clear, the process is simple and the final product is amazing!

This is a great greenhouse. It easy to assemble and is everything that was advertised and much more. I am very satisfed with it.

I bought the 8'x10' greenhouse for me wife for our anniversary and have been nothing but pleased with it so far. I was able to put it together myself in about two hours. It is extremely solid and is made of good materials. There is so much more room inside than I expected. This has been a great purchase.

Just bought it this spring, think it will work out great. The only thing I would like is to have access to opening and closing the windows from the inside. Would also like to suggest a 10 X10 size.

I wanted to comment on my previous review. Jewett did replace the cover that fell apart in 10 months of use. They were quick, friendly and I had it in less than a week. I did end up loosing on my herbs that had made it all winter. However we will see what happens with the next 10 months of use. The elastic that helps hold it did not last 3 months last time. I am going to look for something else to help hold it. Still not sure I would recommend it to anyone. Will keep this updated.

I had this about 11 months. I was afraid the wind would take it out so we concreted the post in. The frame is still standing, however the entire plastic frame is in pieces and just basically fell apart. EXTREMELY unhappy. Waiting to see if they stand behind their product or not, I am not holding my breath and will be disputing the 351.99 on our card if they do not replace the cover. It worked great except for the elastic things all rotted in just about 3 months. Just give those things up, waste of time and money. Doubt very much if I would ever waste our money again.
