I have not had any problems. The UPS delivery person was nice and the order came quick. If I had more money I would buy more. Good product.

the wooden cheap base is awful but rest of kennel is great. i would use a plastic base instead of wooden pallet

Purchased to transport two full sized labs. Was concerned about height and space but works just fine for trips to park and vet. Fits perfect in small pickup between wheel wells and still have room for across the bed toolbox in the lenght of 6f. bed. Could not find anything else somewhat lighweight,portable or affordable. The ability to fold is great for storing when not in use and putting back up is easy. Cage feels secure when all connected. Door latches could be better but will fine something to make me more secure about them. The grade of wire is okay but could be better. Was alittle surprised that the wire surface in places looked alittle like it had been stored where moisture had come in contact with it, but for me not a real big concern.Should forget the palet floor they put in the cage. Would not even consider safe. I just bought a foam type rubber mat from auto parts store to lay over wire.The tarp on the top is great and attaches and holds well. Not a full time weather kind of cage unless you don't care what it looks like or plan to replace after a year or so. I still say good product for the money.

We have two large dogs that love to come in their new kennel, even when the weather is perfect outside. We use it mainly to keep the dogs inside when it is really cold or rainy outside and they love it. They can stretch, stand up, walk around. The bottom is a little flimsy, slatted, wood crate, so we just used one panel of the shipping cardboard as a mat for the flooring to pad the bottom a little and it works fine.

GREAT price!!! Easy to setup. Was expecting a plastic bottom as shown in the picture, not a wooden pallett. Otherwise, perfect. You wouldn't be more pleased with the product for the price.

This is great for me because I have a pick up with no room for two large dogs in the cab. This keeps them safe and cool while transporting.

This cage folds up nicely , you can get pinched if your not careful though. My biggest complaint is the flimsy wood floor any cage for dog needs a sturdy floor.It has multiple uses indoor, outdoor and since its easily transported you can safely have your pet with you in many different places which is the best for a loving pet owner!!

I needed a cage quickly that would protect my fowl from predators. This was nice looking and so easy to assemble. THANK YOU for such a nice product

We have 3 large (70# +) dogs that can fit safely into the kennel. They love to travel in it. We use it to haul them in the back of our pick up truck. The only downside was the flimsy piece of wood that came as the base of the kennel. We replaced that with a 1" piece of particle board and it works great and is much sturdier. We would have also liked to see some sort of locking mechanism on the gate attachment so it doesn't slide open during travel. We just purchased a cheap lock to secure the gate in transit. Overall, it is a great fit for our need of hauling our pack to the dog park, vet, etc.
