Easy enough to assemble despite the fact that the instructions are for a chair without arms. There were no screw holes visible for the arms, but if you feel around through the fabric you will find the holes and you will have to make holes through the fabric to get to them. The seat is super comfortable, nice padding. I like the comfort of the back, but I do find it digs into my lower back just a bit. At that point, you see a crease where the plastic support is pressing, so this is not perfect. I wonder if this is eventually wear right through the fabric. Also note that when light is shining from behind, the light shines right through the back giving you the silhouette of the back support piece, again not ideal as it cheapens the look. Chair adjusts nicely and smoothly and rolls well. Red colour is very nice.
Great chair, only the instructions need work

The chair is comfortable and beautiful. It glides across the floor more easily than almost any other office chair I've sat in. The only problem is with the instructions for assembly. I got the model with arms, and there are absolutely no directions on how to attach the arms even the pictures don't show arms on the chair. You have to feel around with your fingers or finger nails or a pencil for holes that are under the fabric on the underside of the chair. Then, push the screws through the fabric over those holes to tighten and attach the arms. Also, beware, there seemed to be a few phantom holes that weren't the right ones. Otherwise, once assembled, this chair is a joy to sit in all day.
Love this chair!

Very comfortable and the sleek, modern design in black looks terrific in my home office. Easy to put together in short time. I'd buy again.
Nice Curve in the back
Brandon from San Diego
We ordered this chair along with some bookcases also from The Ergo Office and we are very pleased with all 3 products. The chair has a nice curve in the back and the lower lumbar support is great and hits me just in the right place. Assembly was not hard, very little actually. We only had to mount the arms which by the way are nice and soft.

Nice chair and it looks great in our study room. I have nothing bad to say about this chair and I would buy it again.
Jasper Office Chair

The chair is built well and easy to assemble but I don't find it very comfortable.
