Jaymar offers a 2 year warranty on motorized chairs and a lifetime warranty on mechanism recliners. Jaymar also warrants your leather for five (5) years against splitting and natural scars. During the first year from the date of delivery, Jaymar warrants against cracking, tackiness, peeling, tearing and premature fading under normal household use as long as you follow the care instructions listed in this warranty.

• Cracking -The finish will not show excessive cracks other than normal wrinkles
• Tackiness - The leather will not become tacky or sticky
• Peeling - The finish will not peel from the leather
• Tearing - The leather will not tear under normal usage
• Fading - The leather will resist fading, except in direct sunlight
• Hardening - The leather will maintain its suppleness and not become hard
