I used this product to tenderize a chuck roast and it worked great. I use this on chicken brest as well as it allows my marinade to go all the way through the meat. It's a great product and every cook should have one in the kitchen.

This little tool realy works great on all kinda of meat. A friend of ours had one and showed us how it works and made us dinner. Yummy. Then I ordered 5 for gifts. They also love the Jaccard meat tenderizer. Easy to clean and easy to store. You should get one for yourself and give it a try. You will also love it.

I bought my jaccard in 1992 and still working great, except for a small crack in the plastic which happen a couple of years back.. I bought several for Xmas presents. I paid less per unit than in 1992. Use adolph's meat tenderizer and then the jaccard and let set for awhile, cook and enjoy your meal.

Wish that I bought one before, looking forward to using on organic beef to see the difference in the meat.
Worth every penny!

This is a gadget that I didn’t even know that I needed. When I read that a well-known steakhouse restaurant owner used the Jaccard to tenderize his steaks, out of curiosity I had to look the product up and see what he was talking about. Every site I looked on, the Jaccard would get lots of stars with a lot of happy owners raving about this item. Now I have mine, and I can tell you that you won’t be disappointed.
How Tender do you like you meat?

I have always used a mallet to tenderize my steaks, but the Supertendermatic does a better and quieter job. I make a few passes over my steak with the Supertendermatic and my steak is tender enough to cut with a fork. I use to prepare my jerky for marination, and it makes the process much faster. Cleans up easy.
