Meets the specifications of what we were looking for. The inside is light blue - nice of a boy, indeed, though we were a bit surprised to discover it as there had nothing been said on the website about the inside finish. The handle is a bit stiff, going up and down, but overall, it looks like it will be a sturdy bag and withstand school kid abuse. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Previous ones always had a problems on the bottom. This backpack has a hard rubber bottom. All her friends wanted to get one. This little gem is light weight, easy to roll and has every compartment I could possibly want. My lap top and kindle both fit beautifully and I have plenty of room for all my paper work too! She loves it Service Review Product was great, durable and my daughter loves it. Her friends wanted to know where I purchased it. Delivered in timely fashion. I have already ordered other things from Wayfair. The back pack had lots of zipper compartments and the bottom has a hard plastic to help protect from use and wear when dragging on ground.
