Great workout kit for frequent travelers

Product Review

This is a great workout kit to use in your hotel room. I have a Bowflex at home so the multiple band system makes me feel right at home. The instruction sheet is nicely illustrated for each exercise. The one downside is that the 3 pieces that fit together to form the bar are a little loose so at higher resistances it can be wobbly. The system is flexible enough to provide a good workout no matter what your fitness level or goals are.
