Like my hoop! I was pleasantly suprise with my hoop! It is the right size and weight for me! I have not hooped in years, so it was a rough start. But I have been able to keep the hoop up a little longer with each day! Happy I purchased this hoop! |

3 lbs is heavier than I realized... Product Review I did some research and found out that such a heavy hoop is really best for beginners because it rotates slowly. Im not a beginner, and this is so heavy it hurts like leaves bruises. I ordered a 1 pound hoop to replace it. My roommate learned how to hula hoop using this though! Service Review Was all fine. |

Good hoop, wrong size for me I am a beginner at hooping for exercise. I bought this hoop because of the weight and the reasonable cost (having done some comparison shopping on the Net.) I love the fact that it's covered in foam, which makes it softer on the body, but after I ordered it I read that beginning hoopers should use a large hoop, one that comes up to the sternum, and this one doesn't even come up to my belly button. So - excellent hoop, but be sure it's the size you want! |

Great Hoop! It works perfectly. nice and heavy. nice padding to not make it hurt as bad ;) but that's part of the workout! |

Perfect weight. I am 53 years old and have never used a hula hoop, not even as a child. I had to practice every day because it was hard to get the rhythm. It was a little frustrating, but within 10 days I could easily use it. Now I am able to keep the hoop going for over ten minutes at a time. I am practicing using the hoop in the opposite direction. The weight of the hoop seems perfect for getting the rhythm going. It does require persistence, but it will pay off! |

Pretty good It's a good 'ol hula hoop w/ some extra resistance. A little hard on the body if you don't have extra padding around the midriff, but besides that I really like it. |
