I really love this product. I use it all the time now when I'm working out. There are so many exercises that you can do with this resistance tube; you can let your imagination go. It works well with the pull-up bar that I have too. One little thing that I really enjoy it the separate movement of the handles. You can twist the handles front or back to work the forearms. It can really replace a lot of equipment. I'm impressed by the quality and durability. It's also easy to use and comes with a bag. I'm considering buying an advanced resistance tube as well. JFit has earned my respect with this product.
