Pefect for cross training!
Alissa from Syracuse, NY– Verified Buyer
Bought this balance disc for my dancers (I am a studio owner) and myself for use in some of of our cross training work. Love the large size which makes it ideal for a variety of workout options- single leg, double leg, squats, ab work, etc. So far it has has held up great and was a reasonable price.
Nice Alternative to Giant Balance Disc from Fitpaws
Lisa from Houston, TX– Verified Buyer
Due to both price of product and shipping costs, I searched for a large balance disc comparable to the size of a Fitpaws giant balance disc. Although slightly larger (2 inches), this product worked for my needs. I use it as part of a canine conditioning program for my 3 cocker spaniels who are competitive agility dogs.
24" Balance Disk
JB from Sterling Heights, MI– Verified Buyer
I bought the balance disk to help maintain my balance. I'm 66 years old and was introduced to the benefits of the disk when I had physical therapy for a leg injury. My routine was to balance on the disk and play catch with the attendant for 10 minutes without stepping off the disk. The soccer ball was tossed high, low and to the side to make me stretch for it. As you age, you start to loose your balance and you need to do something to maintain your balance. I purchased the 24" disk so I could spread my feet out a bit and bend my knees to stay on the disk. Since my therapy is over, I continue to do the exercises at home and the disk is part of my routine. I recommend you have someone help you in the beginning to just stand on the disk and stay clear of furniture.
Balance Disc in Blue
Wendy from PA– Verified Buyer
This is a sturdy balance disc. It functions well for exercise. The disc came with a pamphlet of exercises that utilize it.
Tara from Mount Vernon, OH– Verified Buyer
This is as described. Again, a durable product that is holding up to lots of use.
24" balance disc
Karen Dickau from Ravenna, OH– Verified Buyer
This helps me with building my balance as I am almost 70 and have fallen several times. I like that I can put two feet on it. I used an electric pump from an air mattress to blow it up.
Christy from Orange County
This balance disc is not what I expected. It's an odd shape and too slick. Have seen much better quality and safer products.
Judy from Phoenix, AZ– Verified Buyer
I have no excuses not to help my balance with this disc. It is easy to use and also to travel with.
Leslie from Montana– Verified Buyer
This is just what I was expecting. The color and size were true to the picture and description. I'm happy with it.
Needs inflation pump and instructions
Skye the wonder dog from Portland, OR– Verified Buyer
[...] I had to contact the maker to receive the pump, and instructions -- these should be included with every order. If I were to order again, it would be directly from[@]. They gave exceptional customer service when I contacted them re: inflation of disc, etc.
