Good exercise for arms legs

I broke my arm 10 years ago, went to therapy for 6 months & use bands to exercise it. It has never been & will never be the same but I try to exercise it often to keep from losing range of motion. This is similar to what the P.T. used & it is easy to use. It also helps keep my knees & legs stronger since they are losing strength due to age. I recommend this especially for seniors who need to strengthen arm & leg muscles & keep from losing range of motion.
