Good Product I think this is a great product. I use it in the kitchen to keep her safe when I'm not home. But it does have holes for steaks if you wanna use it outside. Pretty easy to put together. My only complaint is that although it can change shape and use it is a whole project to do that you have to unassemble and reassemble to do so. |

Exactely what i needed! I moved into a small apt and needed a way to contain my 2 small dogs while i was at work. This pen is perfect! It is very sturdy and was easy to assemble. My dogs even love it! |

Not all at all what was expected! Product Review The product is flimsy and my 4-pound yorkie can move it by jumping at it when someone comes over and she wants out. It is made for a much bigger dog? NOT!! It is falsely advertised when it states heavy-duty plastic no it is NOT. Service Review fine |

incorrect advertising Product Review The product is great for what I needed; however, it was advertized as an 8-panel unit and I only received 6-panels. I ordered the product based on it's size. Wayfair noted that they incorrectly advertized it as an 8-panel instead of a six-panel and that were not able to ship the additional 2-panels that I needed. Although they refunded the purchase amount, I am still disappointed in the fact that it is not the size that I needed. Service Review No problems with the delivery.. I had to call customer service 4 times before getting any results. Customer service did not call me back as they indicated they would |

Sure beats the crate Product Review This product is used when there won't be anybody home for awhile. It's more roomy than a crate and if the dog needs to potty, they are able. The door has 2 latches so I feel the dog is secure in the area. Service Review Delivery was fast. I was surprised to see it so soon. Arrived in perfect condition. |

DO NOT BUY!!! [...] Pen is useless as it is big, bulky, hard to put up. We will NEVER order from this company again. [...] |

Works Well My 2 year old 40 lb Aussie Shepard hates to be apart from us so she tries to follow us where ever we go. When we first got her, we wanted her to be contained when we left, but not in her crate. She got over the kiddie gate we put in the doorway of the bathroom so we tried this (I do not want to lock her in the room and have scratching at the door). She has not escaped but has pushed it across the wood floor to the hallway. If she could get her nose under it, she could probably lift it and get out so I would recommend using the stakes if you put it out on the grass and have a larger dog. It is actually more a dark grayish color and reasonably attractive given it is a hunk of plastic. If you need to get into it, you do need to stoop down and crawl into the doorway. It goes up pretty easily (do use the intermediate locking caps or the unit can come apart with doggie persistence and they can get loose.) Overall, a good alternative for small to medium dogs. Not sure how this would work for very large heavy dogs. |

Excellent as a PUPPY PEN! My daughter and I breed, raise, train and show Rat Terriers. This pen is perfect for the pups once they reach about 5 pounds. Before that approximate size, the pups are able to walk right through the rather widely spaced upright slats and you would have to use it with a barrier to keep little noses and bodies safe inside. It is large enough for a medium Perla Bed, a small crate with door removed and their Pad Holder (UGODOG) for "potty training." With all of that equipment inside, there is still room for a littler of 2 to play, their Mommy and toys and feeding dishes. We do use every bit of usable space, but we love the pen so far and the pups just turned 6 weeks old. |

Great for my Hyper Dog! Product Review This item was [...] easy to set-up. It's been a great change for my hyper dog as he was sick of being locked up in the crate all day...much more exercise space! Service Review The box is quite large, so plan appropriately if you're not having it shipped to your home address! It won't fit in most back seats. |
