Perfect Sized Nightstand
Mary from Fort Worth, TX– Verified Buyer
My husband and I built our own custom bed and we were having a hard time finding nightstands to match. We were looking to build those too until we found these at a cheaper cost than the materials! We used the same stain we used on the bed and the look great together; understanding they're two different woods! I know other people said it takes more stain to get them to take but if you sand or use steel wool, it takes just fine. The product does come fairly smooth however as is. The assembly is quick and easy. Very sturdy construction. It doesn't exactly fit but close enough. On carpet, it's level, but might need casters to level out on a hard surface. The drawers are larger than they appear. They can hold a large mag flash light. We added our own hardware and now they look like something from Restoration Hardware at less than one, fifth the cost. We are very satisfied.
High Quality Workmanship - Except
Roger from NY– Verified Buyer
End table is very sturdy with quality woodwork and materials. Lost 1 star due to 4 bolts which fasten bottom shelf in place. Bolts are about 3/16 inch too long and will cause wood to protrude on face of leg struts when tightened. Shorten bolts or add large washer to keep bolt heads from entering countersunk holes.

When I first saw the word parawood, I thought it was some type of sub material (not real wood). However, when I found out that it was real wood, I decided to order it. I love the quality of the parawood. It is a very solid material, well beyond all of the synthetic material used in today's furniture. The only thing I would change is that I would have chosen a little darker stain since it does not absorb stain as well as softer woods do such as alder, etc. Otherwise, it is perfect and looks great stained and sealed.
Unfinished End Table
William from Rock Hill, SC– Verified Buyer
This table met our needs perfectly. It was antiqued with a grey stain and finished with wipe on poly. It is the perfect height and size for the couch and the 2 drawers are a plus. It is sturdy and easy to assemble. Only drawback is the table arrived with a broken plastic drawer stop on the bottom drawer and there was one spot on the table top that did not take the paint well. Otherwise I like it very much
Wood End Table
Sherri from Peru, IN– Verified Buyer
I ordered 2 of these end tables to use as nightstands after purchasing new thicker mattresses. The height of these tables are the perfect height. The quality was above my expectations and I could not be more pleased. The assembly was easy with only a minor wish, wish they had pilot holes drilled where screws go. These tables are of a really hard wood but we managed. I really love these tables so now I can paint or stain to my preference. These are exceptional value.
Wood End Table
James from Annapolis, MD– Verified Buyer
The table was purchased to complement a bedroom suite with a white/natural color combination. The table top and shelf were finished with a hand rubbed polyurethane finish with the remainder painted white. The drawer knobs were replaced with ones that were slightly larger to match the other bedside table. The assembly was easy and the finished table was a good partner for the existing night stand. I highly recommend this product. The quality and pricing were both good.
Unfinished bedside tsbles
Sallie from Raleigh, NC– Verified Buyer
We are generally happy with our bedside tables. We stained them with an oil-based stain (golden oak); however, the wood is so hard that it won't take much of a stain. The wood is parawood, which is a very hard, sturdy wood, but not very porous. We sealed the wood with an dark, antique-like wax. That added enough color that the tables will work. Otherwise, we were thinking that we would have to start over and paint the tables. The quality of the tables is very nice in spite of staining woes.
Sturdy little table
Darcy from El Paso, TX– Verified Buyer
This table is very easy to put together, although you will need a little elbow grease. I haven't had a chance to stain or paint it yet, but several other reviewers have said it takes stain well. I'm very happy with the quality of the wood used and the overall quality of the product. I will probably purchase another piece from this manufacturer.

Sturdy design. Takes stain easily. Took me about 45 minutes (except for a little glitch) to assemble it.
Linda from Rich Hill, MO– Verified Buyer
The table arrived on time, in good condition and as pictured. The quality of the table looks good and it is very heavy so the table put together should hold up well. I am in the process of painting it and looking forward to many years of use. I am very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a quality end table for not a lot of $$$.
