Good, solid piece of furniture. My son will use it in his small apartment kitchen to hold small appliances and for extra storage on the bottom shelf.

I wiped on 3 coats of Tung Oil and when it was good and dry I gave it 2 coats of paste wax. It is just beautiful with the glowing hand rubbed finish.

Nice solid table

 from Tipton, MI– Verified Buyer

We are very happy with both of the unfinished mission tables we bought from Wayfair. They are very well made and the wood is very nice. The tops are sort of butcher block - not a solid plank, My husband just treated them with tong oil to protect them and it brings out the grain the grain nicely. He assembled them and had no issues with assembly. Would recommend these tables to people who are not afraid of unfinished products.

This was easy to assemble, all parts included Finished as a natural wood which matches all of my other natural wood furniture. Will be a great hallway console table.

Good product

 from Omaha, NE– Verified Buyer

I bought this to serve as a plant stand and it does a great job. Assembly took a bit of time and I would recommend using a bit of wood glue when you bolt the peices together.

Good value for the money and having it unfinished means you can paint or stain it to match your decor.

Looks nice, a little tricky to assemble

 from Oakland, CA– Verified Buyer

We ordered this unfinished table to put near an entry way. It came really quickly! It was a little tricky to put the top piece on because there were no pre-drilled holes for that piece. Once assembled, we stained it a cherry color to match our other furniture. It is sturdy and looks great!

Not a good buy

from Lewiston, NY 14092– Verified Buyer

The table had a good, basic Arts & Crafts design. I had to put it together and apply the finish. I had some difficulty attaching the top with the screws provided. I had to drill holes and use my own screws so they wouldn't come through the top.

The wood is the strangest I have dealt with and I have finished and refinished wood pieces for over 45 years. The wood did not appear to be oak. It soaked up the stain without sealing even after 4 coats of stain. It did the same thing to the polyurethane finish I applied (3 coats). I would not recommend the piece to anyone.

Manufacturer Details
International Concepts was founded in 1979 in Greensboro, NC as an unfinished furniture wholesaler, providing furniture to retail stores throughout the Eastern United States. Initially International Concepts only purchased and resold furniture products, however, it soon became obvious that profits and sales could be increased by assembling some of the products at their own facilities.

In 1985, International Concepts moved to a 9,000 sq. foot facility in Jamestown, NC while continuing to wholesale unfinished furniture. In 1987, the company started importing chair components and assembling them to sell to unfinished furniture stores. That same year they moved from Jamestown, NC to High Point, NC and leased a 24,000 sq. facility.

In 1990, the owners of International Concepts purchased a building in Thomasville, NC and the company moved again. The new building more than tripled available warehouse space. Finished furniture was added to their lineup. In mid 1994, they purchased another large facility in Thomasville which brought total manufacturing, office and warehouse space to well in excess of 200,000 sq. feet.

In 2000, International Concepts had almost 400,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space in North Carolina and Arkansas.

Today, International Concepts offers a large selection of products such as dining tables, dining chairs, dining sets, counter stools, bar stools, china cabinets and much more! Furnish your space in a traditional and elegant way that will thrive in your home for years to come!
