My only complaint is that the hardware/bolt or screw that faces up on the leg is silver color, contrasting with the black/dark color of the legs of the stool. The hardware should be black. Jeanne from Hopkinton, MA	1.0 3/21/2012 Bad quality, good customer service Product Review 1 ordered 1 stool--arrived and it could not be put together as the holes did not line up so the screws could be inserted. Called customer service and they sent another out right away, no hassle. Second stool arrived and 2 of the screws were welded together. Called again for a full refund and they were again great. Wish the product was nearly as good as the service. Waiting to see if they need to have these returned (obviously I am ok with returning them, but as they are 15 lbs each, I don't want to have to lug them any where). The base of the stool is attractive and very sturdy. The cushion is soft and comfortable. Service Review Shipping was extremely fast (4 business days) and the stool arrived in good condition.
