Nice bench with a few issues
Melissa from Austin, TX– Verified Buyer
As other reviews have stated the measurements are a tad off. Mine was 44" wide when put together and 23" deep (it lists as 43 and 20) but happily it still fits my space quite nicely and looks cute on the porch. It did arrive with some scratches but nothing that made me want to send it back - tighter packaging would go a long way. All parts were there but I highly recommend two people to put it together - one to hold it together and one to get the screws in the bolts. The screws were, indeed, a pain. It took quite a bit of doing to get everything lined up but once you get one in each side the others aren't as bad. Also, one hole was a bit off but I was able to get the screw angled in a way that worked. Basically, if you aren't very good at putting Ikea type furniture together don't buy this - otherwise you should be good to go! Finally, as others noted it's darker than in the picture.
Pretty bench, fits on a small patio

This bench was a little difficult to put together, and at first it was very wobbly, but after the wood settled, we were able to tighten it and now it's stable. The bench is a two-seater, for sure. Fits nicely on our small patio and seems to be holding up to our daily rains. It was a little expensive for the quality. The wood was chipped around the cut ends, which was sad, considering this is brand new.
Good Looking, Decent Quality

The bench was received with scratches on the arms, likely something completed during packaging and shipping. It was moderately difficult to assemble perfectly. The color more closely resembles a chestnut brown (which I preferred). After final assembly, the bench meets my needs and expectations in appearance.
Less than excited

Bench was the color described. Not as sturdy as I had hoped but since no one will likely be sitting on it, it's ok. Does have a small split in the wood on one of the arms but I did not discover this until it was assembled.

Nice bench for the money. I'm happy with the quality.
Easy to assemble

Had everything as described in summary. Looks like it might be a little too lightweight for heavier sitters. Finish is very nice.

The bench came quickly and assembly took about 15 minutes. I'm not a big fan of the Allen bolt system used but it wasn't bad. It take two people to assemble.

I bought 2 of these for my garden. They look exactly like the photo, were easy to assemble, and are sturdy . The price is very reasonable, and the quality of the wood is very good. I expect to get years of use from them, and will not hesitate to buy more if I need them!
