Very Good So Far
Rod from Audubon,New jersey
I have had this up and running for only a week now and here is what I can tell you so far.It is very comfortable for 3 or 4 people and the temperature I keep it at is 99 degrees and its been holding it even in 24 to 45 degree weather.Setup was a snap,it took about an hour.If you fill it the first time with cold water it will take a day or two to get it to 100 degrees after that it will run 3 to 4 times a day to maintain water filtration and heat.Follow the maintenance program outlined in the booklet.I found out from an InstaSpa engineer that the heater is 1250 watts but when you run the jets the heater runs at 450 watts which is nice because it heats the jets air bubbles unlike most other portable spas which dont. The PVC insulation on the sidewalls and cover are very well made and insulate the spa very well so the power unit dosent have to work so hard to keep the temperature you set.If you set this up in cold weather dont inflate anything too much because as soon as it warms up a bit those things will expand alot to the point to where you may even have a hard time putting the cover on.I asked the InstaSpa engineer what this would cost on average a month in electricity to run,,his answer was 30 to 40 dollars a month during winter months, and less then a dollar a day during the summer.(hmm we shall see). One More Thing,,make sure that you plug it into an outlet that dosent have much electricity draw on that circuit or you WILL blow the breaker. The InstaSpa draws about 13amps on startup.I hope this helps you decide...;)~
Worth every penny

I searched the internet to find the best portable spa. This is by far the most superior hot tub for the price you pay. It has 8 amazing jets, where as other portables only have bubbles. I've been in almost everyday for the past 2 weeks, it stays hot, it was easy to assemble and I highly recommend this product. Make sure you get your chemicals right, treat it like a $5k spa. Trust me you won't be let down.
It is ok product

Once you get it going, it is nice for the price. But, I had issues with shipping, some of the parts and I am still trying to figure out where to get a replacement filter.

They have had to exchange this tub for us twice becauxse of leaks. Now it is leaking again! Forget it if you live in an area where the temp changes on a regular basis. Because the cover and top ring are inflatable, they increase and decrease all the time. This means you must inflate one or the other all the time. I have owned 2 other types of "Protable" spas. This one is the only one that has given me troubles like this. Spa-n-a-Box is a much better product. It cools down faster but never has any other problems. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
So far, works great.

Product was delivered with a hole in it. I had already filled the spa and didn't want to waste the water to re-pack the spa and ship it back so I patched it. After that the spa works great. I'm a little disappointed that it did come with a hole. Also the wayfair site has it listed as holding 420 gallons of water when it only holds 240. It does seat four with comfort. The spa has eight jets that work great and holds the temperature very well. The spa was very easy to assemble, I set it up by myself in less than an hour.

Its a great spa, we've had it since february. Stays warm in cold temps, is easy to clean and maintain. Durable materials and the jets are pretty powerful. Happy, happy, happy. Our only complaint is it came missing the flap that covers the inlet grills.

This is a great hot tub for two full sized adults, any more and you better be very good friends. The temperature remained accurate, but is only used in summer months. It was relative easy to put up, but not so easy to take down and store. The jets are strong seem to be plentiful. As long as top tube is kept well inflated the spa is rigid. This is a good introduction to hot tubs, but if you have the room, and really want to use it often I would opt for a rigid, larger tub.

We just put it up and were really impressed at how easy and fast it went up. We left it overnite to heat up and it was at temp when we got up. So far we are very impressed.

set up was super easy, my 6 year old connected the aluminum frame. had it all set up and filled within an hour. we didn't want a big bulky spa and we didn't want a glorified kiddie pool, this was the right price point in between and we can move it indoors for the winter!

Keeps the heat but has a leak less than 1 month after it was put up. Also, missing on of the connectors on the frame since it was received.
