Great inversion table, not hard to put together from Burnet, TX on 07/28/2014 – Verified Buyer
Sturdy. Kind of terrifying the first time you invert yourself, but you slowly get used to the fact that even though you put it together, it's not going to fall apart and drop you. Very nice especially for the price. It's not hard to put together at all. I recommend having a second person nearby to help with a few sections, but it's not difficult putting together by yourself on almost everything. I whacked my head twice on areas where it would have been easier to have someone nearby so I learned my lesson. It has everything you need to put it together, but I highly recommend having a socket and ratchet set even a really cheap one. Almost everything you have to do involves nuts and bolts, and using the little wrenches provided is aggravating after a while. All in all I love it. I helps with my back a lot. Play around with it when you put it together to find the best setting for you. I'm between 5'8" and 5'9", but I usually use the 5'7" setting as it strangely works best for me.

Useful, but hard to store from BALTIMORE, MD on 02/02/2015 – Verified Buyer
I like this inversion table and overall I think it's a good quality product. It's sturdy and does its job. I feel relaxed and like I've gotten a good stretch after using it for about 10 minutes. I just wish it was a little easier to store out of sight, but not so...out of sight/out of mind that I forget to use it. It adjusts easily and it's pretty simple to find your setting. I would caution anyone that has problems with their ankles that this might not be a great experience. it does put a lot of pressure on the ankles/tops of the feet. Also, it's really really important to wear study tennis shoes to hold feet firmly in place.

A really wise purchase from Quakertown, PA on 04/20/2014 – Verified Buyer
This product has been one of the best things we have tried. It's very sturdy, easy to use and priced perfectly. We definitely would buy another one and recommend it to anyone who needs back relief at a great price. The table us soft and firm, the bars are all adjustable too. We looked at other more expensive ones but are more than glad we chose this one. The expensive ones were actually flimsy and not as sturdy.

Can't beat it for the price & quality from Miami, FL on 10/09/2011
No complaints on this item. Well to be fair, I've never had another inversion table to compare it to. But as far as quality, & sturdiness, it's GREAT for the price. The ONLY 2 MINOR things I'd suggest the manufacturer to improve on would be: (a) the way it supports your feet. Although I can't stay in the inversion position for more than like 4-5 min. at a time due to the way it holds your ankles. I guess I'm now kinda use to it, but at 1st it kinda hurt. But once you learn to relax your ankles (actually your WHOLE body needs to relax), it becomes tolerable for longer lengths of time. And (b) when it come to the adjust-ability of it to fit your height.... how can I put this? .... When you put it to your height (or a little less) you can invert yourself VERY easily, BUT your head is not supported. And if you do set it to where your head IS supported, then it's very difficult to invert & upright yourself. I think it's just a matter of them repositioning the UNadjustable part of the "table". So, I'm not really complaining about it, especially for it's price. But if I could make a suggestion to the designers, that's what I would tell them. Happy, healthy, & feeling better everyday I use it. Usually 2-3 times a day. GREAT for my lower back, PLUS a great position to do crunches in :)))))) No regrets, from Miami 0:)

Inversion Table from Miami FL on 10/04/2011
I had a pretty nice inversion table a few years ago. I needed space in my house so I gave it away. I looked online trying to find the one I had but it was too much. $250-300. I found this one for aobut $100 shipped. The quality is pretty good but a little light and the design seems to be for small to medium sized people. I think it is only rated at 250 lbs. which in this day an age is not much. Luckily I am way below that. I use this table to help stretch out my back after working out. It works pretty good but there needs to be a strap you can adjust to allow different degrees of incline. This piece of equipment has a bar and I think it declines you to about 40-50 degreess. You can remove the bar and go completely vertical but you can get stuck too. I may try adding a strap. Also in full decline it is difficult to pull your self back up. The leverage is kinda wierd. All in all for 100 bucks it's not a bad table.
