Delivery was prompt and the product arrived in perfect condition. How could it not - it was well protected by the packaging which was pretty darn sturdy. Actually took a smidge to get it unwrapped but that's exactly how you want a purchase to be shipped - safe and sound! I was worried a bit about the glass face of the clock but it arrived perfect.
