I have used Tena Ultra Briefs for several years now for my teen son with spastic quad cerebral palsy. He is 100% incontinent/dependent on disposable undergarments. My son is a a big boy and need heavy support to prevent constant headaches with leak. Tena keeps up dry! The Soft material that they are made of is also a huge plus for us. They aren't that typical shiny plastic that can retain so much heat and is uncomfortable in the folds of delicate skin. We're about to need to move up a size (to a large) and my son is only 13, so I hope there's a large window of size/weight for the sizes left. We buy our supplies exclusively through Wayfair instead of Amazon now, b/c by going straight to the source we get the same low price on the brief and shipping, but the packages get here lightening fast. In two days in most cases without having to pay for expedited shipping. Thanks Wayfair, we're on you team!"..."  Read more

It was the best underwear we could find for my dad's incontinence. He has extreme difficulty getting up so he can go 10 hrs. before changing."
