The LEDefense light looks cool and it seems to really work well too. I have put a lot of garlic through it and the light seems to have kept any odor from that at bay. Love that feature, cuz the musty disposal smell was one of the reasons that I had my last disposal ripped out. Because of these extra features, it takes up a bit more room under the sink. A quick, effective tool to help free simple jams. Insert the hex wrench into the center hole in the bottom of the disposer and turn back and forth to free the jam. Works only on InSinkErator manufactured disposers.

Love this product - most especially the added safety of the magnetic lock to start. I did a ton of research to find the best deal and recieved really quickly. Highly recommend. We got the power kit as well (you need it if plugging in under the sink, could skip up youre hardwiring but definitely check codes in your area). We installed in a new kitchen so had the electrician wire an outlet and a switch under the sink. This way we dont need an air switch on our precious counters and have an added layer of safety if we need it.
