This doormat looks just like the online image - it's true to color, slightly smaller than the average doorway, with a crisp image. Coir is a rough, stiff fiber, and this mat is made with straight cut, no loops, so it's good for pets (won't catch on claws). It's almost 3/4" thick, so I wouldn't recommend it if you have a very shallow clearance between your door and doorstep. I'm very happy with it.
