  • Valentine's Day is on its way! These cupcake toppers can be made in minutes and would be the perfect extra little something at any party or celebration.

  • What You'll Need:
    1. ​Party straws
    2. Glitter paper
    3. Heart-shaped paper punch
    4. Scissors
    5. Glue
    6. Toothpicks

  • Directions:
    1. Cut the party straw in thirds (or in half, depending upon length of straw)
    2. From the paper, punch out hearts and cut small strips for the back of the arrow.
    3. Glue the glittery hearts and strips to the straw.
    4. To form the stand, stick a toothpick into the middle of the straw and insert into the cupcake.
    To make a cake topper, just keep the straw whole and have one big heart arrow.
    Pair with a pretty cupcake stand or the adorable cupcake apron (right) for the perfect gift!
