This salsa is perfect to eat with a bowl of chips or even on top of your favorite meat, seafood, or tacos. The possibilities are endless and so is the flavor!
1 1/2 cups diced kiwi, skin removed
1 mango, diced
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeño pepper, seeded and stemmed
1 garlic clove, minced
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a medium bowl, combine the kiwi, mango, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic, and lime juice. Stir and season with salt and pepper to taste.
