This recipe turns lemonade up a notch by including blueberries and mint into this classic beverage.   • Blueberry Mint Lemonade

    Serves 4-6
    1 cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice
    3/4 cup granulated sugar
    5 cups cold water
    1 cup fresh blueberries
    1/4 cup chopped fresh mint
    Ice cubes, optional 
    Juice lemons into a large pitcher. Add the sugar and water. Stir until the sugar dissolves. Add blueberries and mint and stir. Add ice, if desired. Pour into glasses and serve.
