You dont see it in the picture, but the name Hunter is scripted right across the middle. Ive been meaning to write the manufacturer to see if there is a way to remove it without ruining the finish. Its a beautiful light fixture but the name across the middle makes it look industrial or something. It takes away from the beautiful look of the globe which matches my light globes over the sink. A couple days ago, I had to open it and marveled again at how easy it is to access it, disconnect parts etc. In 6 months of use, the fan did not deform or deteriorate, which tells me the materials it is made of are chosen right.
