If you don't own anything from Hubbardton Forge you won't understand. This is real steel, welded together, nicely finished, and carefully packaged. It's a solid design. Hubbardton Forge uses a unique dimmer/off/on switch on the two lamps I own. It's a unique and nice feature, above and beyond the usual. I'm a real fan. It's good value.
