Hi Wayfair, Thank you for following up on our hot-tub experience. First, we really like the tub a lot and it works well. Only negative thing is that cover for the equipment "room." You need to make it a door that opens on hinges and latches when closed. It's really hard to line up those screws when trying to replace it on the hot tub. The only other suggestion we have is to give us more definite instructions in your owner's manual on how to dose the tub. Most of the chemicals we bought, even though listed for hot tubs, list how much to use for huge tubs and swimming pools, not how much is correct for a 250 gallon tub like the Luna Rock. For example, maybe you could have a dosing page in your manual with, number one, due this first, number two do this... number three, do this, so we wouldn't be so confused. I did go to a hot tub store and we used the internet, but nobody has a really good dosing guide that made sense for our 250 gallon tub. Yes, one can do the math and figure how much chemical is required of each kind, but is that dosage a linear equation or does one use more, or less when figuring out how much is necessary for our little 250 gallon tub. I have owned hot tubs before and this is great. It has all the features you need. There are enought jets, there is a light, and a little water fall. It is great for a couple. The construction is comparable to any bigger and more expensive hot tub I have owned. It was easy to move it in to our backyard and on to our deck...and the best part is you simply plug it in. Very nice hot tub- perfect size for 2 people! Here is a thing I wish I knew sooner spa comes with NO instruction how to set it up. POWER CORD is extremely well hidden and there is no pointers where it is. I had to search Internet forums for 1 day, to find out you have to entirely unscrew one of the panels, to find power cord hidden there. Also flex- cover is OK, but in order use clasp to lock it in place, you have to screw or attach in other way the clasp to the spa- I did not done that yes, so I dont know how difficult it is. Otherwise, I said size is perfect for 2, jets are nice and strong. Again since there is no instruction I still dont know what chemicals I should use I assume chlorine is fine."..."  Read more

The spa looks great (we have the Canyon, beige one with cocoa accents), fits on our patio, and the cover is simply awesome! Easy, easy easy! It costs us a little over $7 a month to run (my wife and I use it 2-3 times a week, sometimes a little less). I love that we didn't have to rewire anything and that it plugged into our existing standard outlet.
