I work as a meals clerk with a large Chain grocery.we cook complete meals and give customers samples several times a day.We have used electric skillets . and an old electric hot plate that took at least thirty min. to biol water. Our company has now switched to this induction hotplate and we aredelighted with it. I don't know how long it will hold up under the work load but so far it is great.
