Assembly is a bit tricky but I think it'll be a good cart from Portland, OR on 12/28/2014 – Verified Buyer
I had a cart like this before -- the two-shelf design is very handy. When this one arrived, I opened the box and discovered that the assembly directions were for a different model, one with snap-on wheel assemblies. This one has a axle arrangement instead, the included washers didn't fit the axle, and it seemed likely that the wheels would be loose on the axle. So I went to the hardware store, got some washers of the correct size and a couple of springs, and put it together. I haven't actually used it yet but it seems okay. The axle is an improvement over the snap-on wheels.

The welds that attach the top of the basket to the frame are the weak point, and broke pretty quickly on my old cart. That's okay, just tie the basket on with strong cord or even heavy twist ties. My old one lasted for years before the wheels gave out, and this one should go on even longer, with the improved wheels.

[If you want the details, I put the axle through the holes at the bottom of the vertical posts and lined up the innermost holes on the axle with the vertical posts. Then I put the two clip pins or whatever they're called through those axle holes, to hold the axle in place. On each end of the axle I put a washer, a spring, another washer, a wheel, a third washer, and the plastic end cap. This cap has a hole through it, although it's easy to miss if you're not looking for it; I lined up the hole in the cap with the hole at the end of the axle, and put one of the straight pins through both, bending the pin on the other side to hold it in place. I'm left with two spare straight pins and four wrong washers. I had bought a box of assorted springs, and it's a good thing I did, because the first ones I tried were too long, and I had to discover the right ones by trial and error.]

How convenient to use while on vacation to help transport stuff from car to hotel room. Also to the pool and back. If you're a parent with young children this is one way to carry all the stuff you need with ease!

Everything Cart from Boynton Beach, FL on 09/05/2014 – Verified Buyer
I purchased this when I moved into a 2nd story condo. Keep it in the car & is very handy to bring in a variety of purchases, mainly groceries (saves me making multiple trips up & down stairs). Goes up stairs well & folds nicely for storing. A good utility item purchase.

Great Design, but............. from Texas on 06/01/2014 – Verified Buyer
Bought two of these, one for myself and one for an elderly person to help with grocery hauling from the store.
Started to assembly the for my friend and noticed parts missing and the instructions not TOO clear on how to assemble this. Opened the other box to complete the first cart. Once assembled, cart functions, but the wheel and axle fit is very sloppy. Still working now, but not too sure for how long. Not the best non-USA made product
I've run across in a while. Need a challenge in putting something together, with no know longevity, but this; other than that, steering clear.

Could be a great cart if made right from Westerville, OH on 10/11/2013 – Verified Buyer
Used it 3 times, Handle started pulling out on one side where it snaps into top of sides. Will have to figure out how to keep in place. Both the bottom and top shelf are welded on middle front both came apart, just carrying food from car to apt. no bumps or steps. The directions to put it together were for a different cart. All parts were there and I figured out how to put it together. I really do like the cart will just have to make it work.
