Delivery was very good. Had a slight problem with one of the pumps-service was great and it was fixed in a timely manner!

great tub for money remember u always get what u pay for, fairly cheap construction, the delivery guy did help get it to the back yard, it had 2 small fixable leaks, after 3 fillings it still has plastic shards coming out of the jets, 4 out of 5 rating from me

This spa is really nice, the delivery was great, they were very helpful. The spa is a really good add-on to our back yard.

Love it! Lots of power with two pumps. Had a display problem and service was great. For the price it is wonderful.

Maybe I'm lucky but my spa was delivered ahead of time. However, I did not get a call ahead for delivery, he just showed up. I agreed to unload from truck and the driver did help. If I didn't have my tractor/loader I would suggest you have plenty of help to unload. Six people wouldn't be to many. I did all the setup and wiring, if you're not a mechanically minded person don't try this yourself. My wife can't believe I can do so much by myself. But I know I'm not your typical handyman type. We are enjoying our spa and best of all my wife loves it.

I CAN HONESTLY SAY THIS IS THE BEST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE!! I LOVE MY SPA. MY HUSBAND WAS TELLING ME THAT I WOULDNT USE IT THAT MUCH AND BOY IS HE WRONG! WE ARE IN OUR SPA EVERYDAY. I GOT IT FOR MEDICAL REASON AND IT HAS BEEN A GREAT RELIEF FOR MY PAIN. THIS IS AN UNBELIEVABLE VALUE FOR THE PRICE AND HAS EXCEEDED ALL OF OUR EXPECTATIONS!! A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

they only sent one guy to help take it off the truck, then the truck lift was way to small to take it off with and when the guy put the lift in the down position, the lift was not strong enough to handle the weight and it came down real fast, . have had problem with hot tub when turned on, it came up to temperature and we got in it and it was great, but they tell you to put it in economy mode when you get out and it did not keep it up to temp, tried it a few more times and finally killed the breaker and reset it after 40 minutes and it did not work. then the light on top of the heat pump quit working, I called the service department on friday and the recording said they were in from mon thru friday 8 to 5 eastern but could not get anyone to answer, finally got a operater and I asked them if the service department was in and he told me no they were gone till mon, they did not even put that on there recording, I only waisted about 1 hr on the phone on hold for nothing. now they are going to have to send a sevice guy out to fix it. I would by local or somehwere close so you can go to the place you bought it, not to happy.

I have been want these for a while and finally pulled the trigger. Tub is great and I really like the design. Wish I hadn't waited. If you are in the market, this is a winner!!

The hot tub works good, BUT the outside skirting is falling apart after for weeks. service said they would not stand behind it, i would have to repair it my self.
