Everything I had hoped it would be and more!! Wayfair is so great to work with, very good about answering every question asked! Construction seems above average and the tub itself was free of any faults or cracks. It is very comfortable for my over 6 foot frame as well as my 5'3" wife. Each seat offers a different spray pattern. Grandkids like the LED lighting display and the water falls. I'm disappointed that the foot message head does not have more power, also access to the wiring panel is awkward requiring you to remove an entire side. Been much easier to just have a small panel. DVD instruction disc is generic and does not give you specific information. a printed copy for this model would be helpful. Service Review Delivery was right on time and got it to the back of my drive. I borrowed a pallet Jack and was able with a couple friends to move it into my backyard and onto my deck. Service Review My customer service rep with CSN was GREAT! I just wish the factory was as through. Shipped wrong color first time when they finally shipped, and promised to make up for it by sending two extra filters. They didn't keep that promise-never received. Was this helpful? Yes / No
