I received the Hot tub on the schedule advertised. Only issue at all was that the truck driver called 10 minutes out instead of making an appointment and he would turn down my street with a 53 foot trailer. Luckily I had access to a forklift, but for the average person, unloading a hot tub on a busy street and carrying it a quarter mile would have ruined the whole experience.

I was skeptical, but I've used it for 2 months before reviewing. This is a great spa for the money. Quality is good. Good heat retention. The jets are fine, but don't expect a sports medicine hydrotherapy spa. I almost went with an $8K model from a local name brand dealer. Very glad I didn't.

This hot tub claims to have a 6 HP 2 stage pump. It's more like a 2 horse pump. Other than that the tub is perfect.

The home and garden spa is a good spa for the price. Its very comfortable for my wife and myself, have to be close to your friends to invite them in. I wish the jets were a little more powerful but all in all am happy with my purchase. And the free shipping from wayfair was great.

Just want to say that we have only owned it for a month but what a great hot tub. Its comfortable, jets are great, and it holds its temperature very well, even while using it. I have nothing negative to say about it at this point. The electrician that wired it said he just wired another one of comparable size with less jets but said it cost twice as much.

The only two complaints I have is that it really isn't 51 jets, it's 38 plus two that have several little holes in them and they do not put out like the individual jets. The second was it says on the website delivery 2-3 weeks it took a month to get my spa. I asked for some kind of compensation for it being late and they would not even send me maybe a test kit or a little chemicals for the spa. To me they should have offered some kind of compensation for it having a delay in delivery. Other than that I am enjoying my new spa, love to go in at night and look at the stars in the Arizona sky.

I don't know what other posters were talking about because the jets are great. The hot tub arrived on time and fit right into place. The only thing I didn't like is that it does not come with a starter kit of chemicals. I would definitely recommend this hot tub!

Received our hot tub one day had our electrician hook it up and used it the next morning and used it that night! What a great tub! Everything I had hoped it would be and more!! Wayfair is so great to work with, very good about answering every question asked! If they didn't know the answer they called the manufacturer and answered my question within minutes. Great customer service!!! Wouldn't recommend anywhere else!
