5 star It was delivered on time. We needed four people to help put it in our back yard. We could of used 1 or 2 more. The instructions and manual are in a plastic bag behind the panel that's marked "open first". It comes in a c-d, so I printed it out just in case I loose it. |

A great tub for a townhome with not a lot of patio space! On the pro side, a very good purchase, other than (con) access to the pump, plug in and DVD requires a very onerous task of removing and replacing a panel on the side tub. Very impressed with overall quality and speed of delvivery. |

Great purchase so far So far so good. Received the tub a few days before scheduled, had a few friend to help get it in place. One corner panel was a little broken but called Wayfair and easily got a replacement sent. It is a real pain to put the panels back on once you get the cord and manuel out, they could work on the design for that issue. Got it running, took 1.5 day to get up to temp, love the layout. 3-4 people fit great, 5 would overflow the tub though. Very nice hot tub for the price!! Many a starry evening will be spent in this hot tub. Hope it lasts a while |

Even better than expected! We have had our hot tub for a few weeks now and though it doesnt have all the bells and whistles of our friend's high-end 220v tub, it sure has everything we need... waterfall, multi-colored light, cover, lounger seat, etc... We did not realize until it arrived that we still needed to have an electrician install a dedicated outlet (110v), as you can not use an extension cord and the cord is only 15' long... also, they said the dimensions were 30x73x73, but it was actually 32x73x73- this made our plan of taking it through the doorway a no go... overall, we are impressed with how well it maintains heat and how quickly it heats up (after the initial heat up from hose-cold water, which took about a day)... we keep it at 80 and turn the heat up t0 100 when we get home and it is ready within 1-2 hours.. still playing around to see if we can lower it even more while we arent using it and still have it ready within 2 hours of getting home... still havent gotten an electric bill but fingers crossed it wont be too bad.... this thing is HEAVY- plan on having several people help get it from the curb to your back yard... in all, we LOVE our new hot tub and of all the 110v ones we looked at this one kicks all their butts... :) |
