Haven't gotten the electric run yet :( , But it looks really nice! The shipper had a few problems getting it off the truck, but my neighbor had a forklift--yea! Be ready to have some help! 2 men moved it into the yard wo a problem and all looks good. Put it on an EZ Pad for easy installation. Can't wait for electricity! Only downfall--no manual!

We are really enjoying our hot tub. We might have ordered something a bit different had we ever been in one like this before. We thought that having the lounge chair was important for us to aid me with knee and hip problems, but I cannot use the lounge because the jets cause me to float up and it doesn't actually do like we thought it would. If you are purchasing for therapeutic reasons, the normal seats work fine without a lounge area. There are powerful jets in the leg well that do a much better job.

I purchased a home and garden spa last year and it has not disappointed me yet. Works great after one year of use. The only negative thing I can say is that the electrical box inside the tub was too small for the size wire required.

I hope this helps someone but the tub far nicer than even the picture shows. We have had it for about 2 months and had no problems.

Tubs seems like it is put together well and we have been amazed how comfortable and well the tub works. Also, could not believe that our power bill has not really went up and weve had it for 2 months. We'll see how it does in the winter but I can't imagine it being a very drastic rise.

Wow just got this tub in and installed and it is a lot more than it appears online what a great bargen.

First. It took about a month to arrive. After Delivery. I got an electrician to hook it up. He was not happy with the connection to the circuit board. He said it was very tight to connect the wires. The skirt is a poor design. You have to take the entire side off to get to the motor connections. There are no instructions on how to remove the skirt. The instructions for the tub are inside the skirt. The instruction for the tub are on a CD. They could have done a much better job with the manual. For example, no instructions on how to drain the tub. Now for the good I absolutely love the tub. I use the tub 3 to 4 times a week. When I use the mp3 player, I found it works better when only one pump is on. It fits four people comfortably. The water fall is for the kids, never turn it on. There is only the one light. This is my first tub and it took a while to figure out the chemicals but now it isnt muc of a problem. All in all, I am happy with it.

This hot tub is GREAT!It is a laguna bay brand. This hot tub retails for almost $10,000 on their web site.The jets in the loung seat is very powerful.The sound system is great!Have been using it for 6 weeks no problems so far.Cost to run is about $1.00 a day,& we use it every day.There is water left in lines from being tested at the factory before shipment, so be careful about ordering in winter, lines could freeze & break during shipping.Be sure to ask for a truck with a drop lift,unless you have help to unload it.Well worth the money!Very good stress reliever & help for tired bones.Wish I hadnt waited so long to get it.worst problem Ive had is learning to ballance our well water.Was very worried about ordering online, but the savings are great!No regrets.
