Great Buy-Right Price

This is a great buy without the bells. It took 8 people to move it in place. Could have used 6, but went on the side of caution. Tub is heavier than listed. Set up in beginning of March. Easy setup. Need a good 2 days to fill, heat and prep tub with chemicals to do it right. Patience is rewarded on the 3rd day at 102 degrees. Maintains temp good. Every now and then I check on the temp, as heater and circulation pump will still be on some times after reaching the temp. 1 push on button will quite the pump, heat will be maintained. I use a hot tub blanket to help keep the temp right. Cost only $20 for a 7ft x 7ft blanket. Also helps keep the chems off the cover which makes it last longer. The jets are strong enough for a good massage. Lights and waterfall are a nice touch. Had to replace the water fall valve (shut off). Broken valve will cause the tub to leak. Customer service was very attentive and the part arrived a day or 2 later. Phone instructions where precise and leak fixed. Have the tub enclosed on the back porch, installed an exhaust fan,140 CFM's, and use it 3 to 4 times a week. The wife and I are looking forward to many years of enjoyment with this product. It's all in the upkeep.
Even better than expected!

We have had our hot tub for a few weeks now and though it doesnt have all the bells and whistles of our friend's high-end 220v tub, it sure has everything we need... waterfall, multi-colored light, cover, lounger seat, etc... We did not realize until it arrived that we still needed to have an electrician install a dedicated outlet (110v), as you can not use an extension cord and the cord is only 15' long... also, they said the dimensions were 30x73x73, but it was actually 32x73x73- this made our plan of taking it through the doorway a no go... overall, we are impressed with how well it maintains heat and how quickly it heats up (after the initial heat up from hose-cold water, which took about a day)... we keep it at 80 and turn the heat up t0 100 when we get home and it is ready within 1-2 hours.. still playing around to see if we can lower it even more while we arent using it and still have it ready within 2 hours of getting home... still havent gotten an electric bill but fingers crossed it wont be too bad.... this thing is HEAVY- plan on having several people help get it from the curb to your back yard... in all, we LOVE our new hot tub and of all the 110v ones we looked at this one kicks all their butts... :)
Great purchase so far

So far so good. Received the tub a few days before scheduled, had a few friend to help get it in place. One corner panel was a little broken but called Wayfair and easily got a replacement sent. It is a real pain to put the panels back on once you get the cord and manuel out, they could work on the design for that issue. Got it running, took 1.5 day to get up to temp, love the layout. 3-4 people fit great, 5 would overflow the tub though. Very nice hot tub for the price!! Many a starry evening will be spent in this hot tub. Hope it lasts a while

A great tub for a townhome with not a lot of patio space!

On the pro side, a very good purchase, other than (con) access to the pump, plug in and DVD requires a very onerous task of removing and replacing a panel on the side tub. Very impressed with overall quality and speed of delvivery.

It was delivered on time. We needed four people to help put it in our back yard. We could of used 1 or 2 more. The instructions and manual are in a plastic bag behind the panel that's marked "open first". It comes in a c-d, so I printed it out just in case I loose it.
