This is a nice tub and is a very good value for the price, however be careful about a few things. The product description states that the tub is 31 inches high. This means that it would fit through a 32 inches doorway. The tub is actually 32 12 inches high and I had to actually remove my door and door frame to get the tub into the area that I am using it. Also, the product description and product manual both state that you can operate the tub in 2 pump speeds, high and low. The truth is that the pump can only be operated in high speed. There is no low speed setting available on the pump. Overall, it seems to be a good hot tub and at a good price, but it is disappointing that they did not deliver a product with the features that they sold.

Excellent hot tub, helpful delivery man, EL work best left to professional- wired all the way to inside tub control box,, good water flow-bubbles-light,, lounger good for someone up to 5' 9" The manufacture wants step by step instructions followed, the info is on a CD ROM. The top is also nice, It's a good idea to use a tarp over the top to protect it from the damaging sun.

I'm very satisfied with my new tub. It was priced really affordable and is everything as advertised. I highly recommend Wayfair products to anyone considering purchasing a hot tub. They (Wayfair) were very good about answering my questions and keeping me informed on the delivery schedule. Installation went smoothly and we now enjoy the soothing comforts of our new hot tub.

It would be nice if it ran more on the "low energy" cycle. The "recliner" is way too short. We are both over 6' tall and it seems to have been made for someone about 5'3" tall. We can put our feet on either side of the filter, though, and scrunch down. Over all, we are happy with our purchase.

Got it week ago. I got this due to body aches and pains. I don't have a lot of space, just me and hubby. I have been using every evening before bed. It is helping me sleep and I don't have the aches and pains at work like. Here are a few cons. It was shipped a week late. It is every heavy, took 4 strong men to get it in place. It doesn't not come with the cord or wires. The light wasn't plugged, in so hubby had to loosen motor as the plug for light was under it. Once he plugged it in it worked fine. I would agree with other review about insulation but I am in AZ so not a big deal here. You will need to have a gfci which cost $80.00 at home improvement store. My husband did all the wiring but he works in construction. If you are not an electrician you may want to hire someone to do the installation as it was not easy. Once it is up and running it is fabulous.

After an extensive search for reasonably priced, multi-jet hot tub, we purchased this one...Everything is great about the hot tub-abundance of jets (our previous one had 4), cool light feature and mini 'waterfall', etc...I am not thrilled with surround (in comparison to our previous wood one) as it chipped trying to wrestle the tub into position, but I anticipate it'll wear well over the long haul...Overall, GREAT tub for the price!

Good bargain for a hot tub. I would recommend this product as is for interior use only. If you are going to use it outdoors, be advised the factory insulation is minimal at best. I am installing the hot tub outdoors, after removing the skin and installing appropriate insulation. This is not a hard job, and the cost is minimal. The line voltage terminal block offers a challenge to connect to, but is not a deal-breaker.
