Great product for the money
james from Carefree, AZ– Verified Buyer
Very pleased with product. We had a very limited space and this fit the bill perfectly.
Jeanette from Laurel Hill, FL– Verified Buyer
This item arrived in a few weeks in perfect shape. Easy to set up and perfect for limited space. It has been a good choice--wish we had more room for a larger size.

The filter doesn't seem to work properly so I called the service dept but they didn't seem to know the system and said he would either find a diagram of the assembly or would take photos of the unit and email to me...but he never did. Another dissapointment.
Home and Garden HOT TUB
Pamela from Cody WY– Verified Buyer
This was delivered 2 weeks before the estimated delivery date and the cover was shipped with it...unlike some of the earlier reviews. The quality for the price seems to be great!
Great small hot tub!

The cover came two weeks after the tub, but we are happy with the purchase. The jets are not as strong as our previous tub, but good tub for the money!
All whats good in a small package
Erik Lusis from Georgetown, TX
Tub holds less than 200 gal, therefore quick to heat. Don't need many chemicals either. Running at 220V has the power to drive that many jets. Only wish that the skimmer was built into the wall, which came different that pictured. It's now a round grey cage that extends up to the water line, so taller people can't put feet there. Also as someone mentioned it has a 2 speed pump, but low only runs when filtering. Only high available on controls. Cabinet insulation could be better, but using it indoors so not an issue for me. Overall good value.
A Good Value.

This is a nice tub and is a very good value for the price, however be careful about a few things. The product description states that the tub is 31 inches high. This means that it would fit through a 32 inches doorway. The tub is actually 32 12 inches high and I had to actually remove my door and door frame to get the tub into the area that I am using it. Also, the product description and product manual both state that you can operate the tub in 2 pump speeds, high and low. The truth is that the pump can only be operated in high speed. There is no low speed setting available on the pump. Overall, it seems to be a good hot tub and at a good price, but it is disappointing that they did not deliver a product with the features that they sold.
Love the Tub
Bob Larmore from Baltimore Md
Excellent hot tub, helpful delivery man, EL work best left to professional- wired all the way to inside tub control box,, good water flow-bubbles-light,, lounger good for someone up to 5' 9" The manufacture wants step by step instructions followed, the info is on a CD ROM. The top is also nice, It's a good idea to use a tarp over the top to protect it from the damaging sun.
Really happy, but. . .

It would be nice if it ran more on the "low energy" cycle. The "recliner" is way too short. We are both over 6' tall and it seems to have been made for someone about 5'3" tall. We can put our feet on either side of the filter, though, and scrunch down. Over all, we are happy with our purchase.
Smaller and still has 31 jets.

Got it week ago. I got this due to body aches and pains. I don't have a lot of space, just me and hubby. I have been using every evening before bed. It is helping me sleep and I don't have the aches and pains at work like. Here are a few cons. It was shipped a week late. It is every heavy, took 4 strong men to get it in place. It doesn't not come with the cord or wires. The light wasn't plugged, in so hubby had to loosen motor as the plug for light was under it. Once he plugged it in it worked fine. I would agree with other review about insulation but I am in AZ so not a big deal here. You will need to have a gfci which cost $80.00 at home improvement store. My husband did all the wiring but he works in construction. If you are not an electrician you may want to hire someone to do the installation as it was not easy. Once it is up and running it is fabulous.
