Just shy of PERFECT!

We have used this hot tub for almost a month. The last 30 days have been cold (0-20 degrees F). The hot tub stayed at 104 with no issues at all. The 240V installation was super easy. Jets work VERY well. Overall, we are THRILLED with this purchase. Now, the drawbacks: my boyfriend and I are both just under 6' tall. When sitting straight up in the seat areas, our shoulders are completely exposed. The lounger area is also an odd fit for anyone over about 5' 7" or so. Not a huge deal, we just scooch down...but the molded curves don't fit our curves! The instruction "manual" is actually a CD in a plastic bag-I would have much preferred a hard copy, and I don't want to print out a 50-page instruction manual. The filter is a little unwieldy to change when the hot tub has water in it. None of these "issues" is really a big deal at, just thought someone might find the info helpful.
Smaller and still has 31 jets.

Got it week ago. I got this due to body aches and pains. I don't have a lot of space, just me and hubby. I have been using every evening before bed. It is helping me sleep and I don't have the aches and pains at work like. Here are a few cons. It was shipped a week late. It is every heavy, took 4 strong men to get it in place. It doesn't not come with the cord or wires. The light wasn't plugged, in so hubby had to loosen motor as the plug for light was under it. Once he plugged it in it worked fine. I would agree with other review about insulation but I am in AZ so not a big deal here. You will need to have a gfci which cost $80.00 at home improvement store. My husband did all the wiring but he works in construction. If you are not an electrician you may want to hire someone to do the installation as it was not easy. Once it is up and running it is fabulous.
All whats good in a small package

Tub holds less than 200 gal, therefore quick to heat. Don't need many chemicals either. Running at 220V has the power to drive that many jets. Only wish that the skimmer was built into the wall, which came different that pictured. It's now a round grey cage that extends up to the water line, so taller people can't put feet there. Also as someone mentioned it has a 2 speed pump, but low only runs when filtering. Only high available on controls. Cabinet insulation could be better, but using it indoors so not an issue for me. Overall good value.

The filter doesn't seem to work properly so I called the service dept but they didn't seem to know the system and said he would either find a diagram of the assembly or would take photos of the unit and email to me...but he never did. Another dissapointment.

This item arrived in a few weeks in perfect shape. Easy to set up and perfect for limited space. It has been a good choice--wish we had more room for a larger size.
Luxury oon the patio

Living in Arizona, the nights are cool, believe it or not. Soaking in our hot tub with a glass of wine is "heaven."
Great Hot Tub for the Money

After an extensive search for reasonably priced, multi-jet hot tub, we purchased this one...Everything is great about the hot tub-abundance of jets (our previous one had 4), cool light feature and mini 'waterfall', etc...I am not thrilled with surround (in comparison to our previous wood one) as it chipped trying to wrestle the tub into position, but I anticipate it'll wear well over the long haul...Overall, GREAT tub for the price!

Good bargain for a hot tub. I would recommend this product as is for interior use only. If you are going to use it outdoors, be advised the factory insulation is minimal at best. I am installing the hot tub outdoors, after removing the skin and installing appropriate insulation. This is not a hard job, and the cost is minimal. The line voltage terminal block offers a challenge to connect to, but is not a deal-breaker.
Home and Garden HOT TUB

This was delivered 2 weeks before the estimated delivery date and the cover was shipped with it...unlike some of the earlier reviews. The quality for the price seems to be great!
Great small hot tub!

The cover came two weeks after the tub, but we are happy with the purchase. The jets are not as strong as our previous tub, but good tub for the money!
