After a rocky start, the unit went together quite easily. When the unit arrived and I opened it I found the top piece of the unit was damaged. I called immediately and a new top piece was shipped out right away. It delayed putting it together by about 10 days. They sent the replacement piece without a hassle. And I didnt even have to send back the damaged piece. Other than that we only had a little trouble with the doors and the magnets not quite holding but I think theyll work themselves out. Or well do a little adjustment. It only took about 1 12 hours to assemble. Overall very pleased with the quality of the piece.

When we decided to buy a new large-screen TV, we knew we needed a new entertainment center. We found the Ponderosa Credenza on-line at TVstands.com and were amazed at the low price.[...] assembly was required. Here is where I had some problems with misaligned hinges and magnets that I needed to move by re-drilling and re-screwing. Also, one on the front doors was manufactured too wide, and I had to order a replacement. [...]Yes, it did take me a few hours to assemble ... and yes, I got frustrated with some of the problems; but, now that it's done, we have a handsome, sturdy piece of furniture at a great price. For that, it gets four stars.

satisfied overall with this ...though instructions weren't very good (fortunately, I have assembled many pieces of furniture). Also, one piece was broken upon arrival but I choose to fix with Gorilla glue (since it wasn't a piece that was visiable, nor weight bearing). For what I paid ....this should never occur!!!!!!!

You get what you pay for. The price was good, but the assembled piece has gaps in the doors and just appears flimsy. I would spend the money to get a better piece of furniture next time.

[...] No one wants a half put together piece of furniture or several large boxes sitting around their house for several weeks. I believe the policy should be immediate delivery of a replacement piece to arrive within a couple days. Instead of waiting I put it together as best I could and made sure it was stable for use. Due to this policy and the fact I received a broken product, I will not likely purchase from you again.

need help to hold while putting together because cam bolts wont hold it in place they break so get some brackets with wood screws.also it needs more venting for the sat receiver and players they get hot with doors shut. after fixing those things it works great for me and holds everything in place. and looks good doing it too.

I am very happy with our new tv stand. It goes well with our other furniture and will accomodate our new 52" tv. I must say however, it was not so easy to assemble. The cam locks didn't line up with the cam screws at all locations. I really wanted to scream at times especially when the cheap cam locks broke when tightened. But now that it is assembled, it is very nice.
